What is the Leaky Gut Protocol?
Seal & Heal Your Intestinal Lining
After practicing functional medicine for nearly four decades, I have learned one truth that stands above everything else. Any journey toward better health starts with your gut.
It does not matter what else is going on in your body. If the gut is not working, everything else struggles.
You have probably seen the options out there. Detox programs. Cleanses. 30 day resets. There are so many choices, and it gets confusing fast. How do you know what is right for you?
Here is what I can tell you after treating thousands of patients over the years. The Leaky Gut Protocol we use at It’s My Health is not something I pulled out of a textbook.
It is a living method. I have built it, refined it, and shaped it over decades of real clinical work. We watched what worked for real people. And we fixed what did not.
Over time, we figured out that to get people back on track, we had to do three things well.
First, rebalance the microbiome.
That means restoring the good bacteria your gut needs to stay healthy.
Second, calm the inflammation.
When the gut is damaged, there is a fire burning inside. That fire has to go out before healing can begin.
Third, repair the lining.
The gut wall needs to be physically sealed back up. We call this approach Seal and Heal.
This protocol has worked for thousands of my patients. It is not a magic pill. It is a clinical approach designed to get your body back on the right path.
So here is what I want you to think about. When you look at your health routine right now, are you addressing the root cause? Are you truly supporting your gut?
