Welcome to It’s My Health
A Message from Dr. G
If you are here, chances are you have been asking yourself some tough questions.
Maybe you are wondering why your labs keep coming back normal when you know something is still wrong. Or why it is so hard to get clear answers about what is really going on in your body.
If that sounds familiar, you are not alone.
The problem is not you. The problem is often that our current system gives you only a few minutes to tell your story. That is not nearly enough time to uncover the root cause of what is making you sick.
I spent nearly 40 years in private practice, and I saw this struggle every single day. Patients would come to me after they had been everywhere else. They had their prescriptions. They had their paperwork. But they still did not have clarity. They still did not know why they felt the way they did.
That is why we built It’s My Health. We are here to give you more information than you will get from a quick internet search or a rushed visit to the exam room.
My philosophy is simple. Ask. Learn. Thrive.
When I retired from private practice, my daughter Lauren would not let me just walk away. She had worked alongside me and watched patients transform their lives. She became a firm believer in functional medicine.
One day she said, “Dad, do not let your years of experience vanish. I know how much you want to keep helping people.”
That was the spark. That is why we created this forum. We wanted to make sure that decades of lessons, stories, and discoveries do not disappear. Instead, they can help empower you.
You do not have to figure this out alone anymore.
The forum is a place to ask questions, share your story, and learn alongside others who are searching for the same answers you are.
So join us. Together, let us ask, learn, and thrive.
